Resort Review We loved the Las Palmas resort. It had so much curbside appeal. The slide at the pool, the walk down to the gulf, and views---were wonderful. We were there the first week-end of Nov\'08 with the MotorCycle Rally. It was a lot of fun, people were so friendly. The room was very nice, and it had a great view-7th floor of Delphia. It was clean, had nice items in the kitchen. The bathroom was nice and clean. The security was a nice added attraction. The guys at the front were very and helpful. We will definately be going back to this resort. I highly recommend Las Palmas.

Great Vacation! We were there from 9/28 to 10/5 and we all enjoyed it. The kids and the water slide got along great. The property was clean and the prices were reasonable. We stayed in room B-405, it had a great view and it was comfortable. Our kids enjoyed it soooo much they did not want to take off their wrist bands. See you soon!!

Great vacation We usually stay at the Princesa when we go to Rocky Point but I had read about some construction work going on and looked for someplace else. The condo was much nicer than the Princesa in that both bedrooms opened onto the balcony and were good sized. In the Princesa the second bedroom is in the back of the condo along the outside hallway and is small. The kids really enjoyed the pool and water slide. There wasn\'t daily maid service (extra towels were in the bathroom cupboard). We did have to wear wristbands, but neither of these were a problem for us, check in and out was soooo much quicker than Princesa which was a pleasant surprise!! Great vacation can\'t wait to go again!

Guest I sryws in Baja 103 and had a great time. The unit was clean and nicely decorated. It was steps away from the pool and hot tub. Because it was on the ground floor both the pool and the beach were steps away. The people were friendly and made us feel at home. The main pool had a big water side for the kids and we found out that the club hause had a sauna and game room. Lots to did the whole time we were there. Can't wait to come back.

Had a great time January 2007, the weather was to windy and cold to swim or hot tub. Resort Staff was great, very helpful. Condo's are individually owned, we stayed the in Baja tower...Great room, great view! We'll be back.

Las Palmas Review Very clean, neat and quiet resort. Views from the rooms were excellent. Beaches were clean and traffic free. A sugestion....each owner should be required to provide enough seating to accommodate the maximum number of persons allowed in each condo. Our first condo was very comfortable, but when we moved to stay an extra night, there was only one small couch in the second condo (not good). Your staff was alert when my son was hurt on the slide and they acted quickly, could have supervision on the slide? We will be back. Great Stay!

would not recommend it although the pool is great with a wonderful slide. the rooms are not that nice. uncomfortable beds and applainces hardly worked. tv hardly worked aswell. i do not recommend it.

Loved it and a great place for kids!! We stayed in Delphin 503B and the view was amazing!! Loved the conveniences and amenities, great place for families and kids. We were even able to get into the room a little early. Highly Recommend for families--the pool is great for big or little kids.

Very nice We just returned from staying in 503b had a beautiful room very comfortable was impressed at the size of a one bedroom the pool was great heated nicely for Feb. The slide was a hit with my kids!!!! the beach was close and walkways to the beach were great. We will definitely be back!!!!

Wrong Rooms!! We stayed at Las Palmas, and it was ok but when we checked in, they didn't give us the rooms we had originally booked.We questioned them and they acted like they didn't understand anything we were saying. We were suppose to be in Bonita, which was closest to the pool, (for our kids), but we were by far not close to the pool. My sister and her husband even had someone walk in their room at 1 o'clock in the morning!! Plus their patio door would not lock, and someone was suppose to come in and fix it but no one showed up! Swim up bar was never open the whole time we were there, and if you want to eat, do it before 9 pm because it all closes down!!

What a disappointment!! When we entered the condo, we were first impressed; however, then we found out the patio lock was broken. The first night, 3 people walked into our condo at 1:30 in the morning!! The woman kept saying that she had a reservation as they backed out of the room when my husband told them we were staying there. The next morning I called the manager listed on the info provided at the front desk. The woman who answered seemed reluctant to admit that she was the manager named "America". She sent someone to our condo to look at the broken lock. He said someone would be there in 1 hour to fix it. No one ever came to fix it during our stay. He also said that the people who walked in at 1:30 in the morning were "friends" of the local manager and that some of the room keys open several different condos. The pool area and walkways were also dirty. Many of the pool patio cushions were filthy and torn. What a disappointment!

Wonderful Place to Stay! View was excellent! Room was comfortable for our whole family and the location was minutes away from the beach.

Not Happy With Resort 704B - Beautiful to look at but not comfortable on many levels. Cleanliness being the most important. WAY BELOW PAR! Dirty shower i.e. someone else's used soap stuck to the wall. Floors in condo and on patio filthy. Dishes dusty and no seving bowls or plates for snacks. ONE facecloth in 2nd bathroom The matresses on both beds were DISGUSTING. i.e. broken and lumpy, felt like they were filled with straw. The patio had a filthy table and four chairs with a filthy broken umbrella, a filthy mop in the corner behind a filthy broken old grill on the floor. The beach palata's were a disgrace and the beach could use some cleaning. The waterfall was off. The hot tub not even close to being hot, and the pool was not heated. The cafe was pathetic.

Family Luxury The private villas at Las Palmas are the perfect get away for a family or group. The resort was significantly more peaceful and luxiourous than the other resorts next door. We were very happy with the proximity to the pool and the beach. The childrens side of the pool was excellent and allowed the adults to relax while the kids played on their own in the safe and large childrens pool.
